Gabion Units
Gabion units measuring 0.3m high constructed from mechanically woven, double twisted hexagonal steel wire mesh. Features include Type 10x12 mesh with minimum punch strength of 19kN, wire diameter of 2.7/3.7mm (ID/OD), Galmac (Zn90%+Al10%) + PVC coating, mechanical edging/selvedging, minimum 10 mesh openings per meter perpendicular to twist, and partitions at 1m intervals.
Site Primary Reinforcement with Geogrid
High-strength flexible uniaxial geogrid with LDPE coating for primary reinforcement. Constructed from polyester (PET) with low-density polyethylene protective sheath, designed for 120-year service life at 30°C with low creep characteristics. Ultimate tensile strength: 200 kN/m.
Gabion Fascia with Geotextile Filter
Execution of gabion fascia with integrated tail units using thermally bonded non-woven geotextile as filter media. Geotextile rolls feature minimum width of 4.5m for optimal installation accessibility.
Drainage System
Three-dimensional drainage composite with "W" configuration extruded monofilament core (minimum 6mm thickness). Includes two UV-stabilized polypropylene nonwoven geotextile layers (minimum 0.75mm thickness, 8.0 kN/m tensile strength). Features in-plane flow capacity of 2 L/(m.s) at hydraulic gradient 1.0 & 20 kPa pressure, with 15 kN/m tensile strength and 660 gsm mass per unit area.
